Qualis Health is one of nation’s leading population health management organizations, partnering with clients to advance the quality, efficiency, and value of healthcare delivered to millions of Americans every day.

As the Medicare Quality Innovation Network – Quality Improvement Organization (QIN – QIO) for Idaho and Washington, we partner with healthcare providers, community organizations, and consumers on data-driven systemic initiatives that improve outcomes, reduce harm, eliminate disparities, and engage patients and caregivers.

Our work puts care teams and delivery networks on a proven path to improve care and patients’ health, enhance patients’ and clinical teams’ experience, and lower the cost of care. Across the U.S., our teams of consultants, data experts, and clinical leaders support healthcare providers to redesign processes, build sustainable change, and deliver care with greater value and quality.
