Job Description

The Physician is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.


Minimum Education

  • Completion of the appropriate License or Certification

Minimum Experience

  • Completion of residency.
  • Exposure to a clinic environment.
