Monthly Salary: Inpatient $7,412-9,010; Ambulatory $7,058-$8,580

San Joaquin General Hospital is recruiting for dynamic Staff Nurse III – Inpatient to fill multiple full-time, per diem, and part-time premium positions within various inpatient nursing departments such as Medical Surgical/Telemetry, Emergency Department, Surgery/Recovery, Medical Guarded Unit, Float Pool, Labor Delivery Post-Partum, Intensive Care Nursery, Hemodialysis, Progressive Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit. Ambulatory vacancies exist in the San Joaquin County Clinics such as Women’s Health-OB/GYN, Children’s Health Services, Family & Primary Medicine, and Orthopedics to name a few.

These exiting opportunities provide experience for new BSN grads or new acute care nurses to gain valuable growth in the nursing profession. Ideal candidates will possess the desire to excel in the nursing field, possess a strong sense in outstanding patient care, and the ability to adapt and learn in a fast pace multi-tasking environment.

Possession of a current registration as a nurse in the State of California is required. Possession of six months of a registered nurse in an acute care or mental health facility required OR possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required. NEW BSN Grads welcome to apply.

Per Diem employees receive a 20% supplement in addition to base rate in lieu of receiving benefits. Employees designated in standby status are compensated at 33.33% of their hourly rate. A 5% educational supplement in addition to base rate is provided to Staff Nurse III with completion of a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
