  • Initiate and execute alumni and family strategy for ERC programs within a designated region, including but not limited to follow up, events, resources, engagement and support
  • Manage documentation of event(s), follow up contact, activity reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Travel to regional programs (for events, awareness walks, training initiatives) as needed
  • Coordinate and lead staff alumni/family committee meetings (minimum of quarterly) to obtain direction, input and feedback regarding program initiatives


  • Follow Up:
    • Complete follow-up contact with alumni and family members at various intervals, document outcomes
    • Assess patient needs during alumni follow up calls; identify relapse in alumni; recommend assessment and readmission when appropriate
  • Aftercare Planning:
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Assessment and Clinical treatment teams as needed to provide and ensure quality referrals and resources for referrals and aftercare support
  • Recovery Ambassadors:
    • Support Recovery Ambassador and Recovery Council initiatives through training, content and communication, mentorship and support
  • Outpatient Support Groups:
    • Coordinate, manage marketing of, and provide support for regional support groups; act as support group facilitator at local ERC program
  • Family Days:
    • Provide support for family education and support programming for region; host event and facilitate sessions as appropriate
  • Clinical Assessment Coverage:
    • Provide support to Clinical Assessment team in management of patient inquiries and assessments, responding to social media messages, documenting assessment information in Salesforce


  • Manage ‘Media Opportunities’ list and releases, photo release forms, testimonial forms and additional documentation; support coordination of media opportunities; participate in interviews as clinical representative as needed
  • Contribute to alumni, family and consumer communications including emails, mailings, social media, etc.
  • Monitor ERC website and provide text for updates (minimum of monthly)
  • Contribute content as needed for social media posts, blogs and online resources
  • Implement and manage online educational and support resources for alumni, families and consumers
  • Provide support to marketing team for professional and student facility tours as needed


  • Attend and participate in team and department meetings
  • Other duties as assigned.



Senior Alumni & Family Liaison Addition :

  • Responsible for the supervision of the Alumni/Family Liaison team and their activities
  • Responsible for successful execution of national initiatives

Valid US driver’s license Position


Minimum: Master’s degree in counseling or related field. 2-5 years’ experience related to clinical services, aftercare planning or clinical outreach; or equivalent combination of education and experience
