SUMMARY:

This position provides comprehensive assessment, case management, consultation and treatment for a wide range of behavioral health issues in a community health center setting. Improve the operations of PCHS in support of its stated mission: provides accessible, affordable, compassionate, quality healthcare services for our communities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in clinical Social Work or Mental Health Counseling along with a minimum of two years direct clinical experience and Licensed Mental Health Counselor license is required. Experienced working with screening tools, evidence based counseling techniques, brief treatment (e.g., CBT, PST, PC), crisis intervention, complex and chronic mental illness and substance abuse.
