As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.
This job provides leadership to develop and implement strategies and policies to accomplish sustained profitable growth of effective, satisfying, and highly differentiated services in assigned areas of responsibility. In expense areas, the Director will provide leadership to develop and implement strategies and policies to accomplish delivery of services at best possible levels of cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction. This job places strong emphasis on the following outcomes: the achievement of long-term business growth, the aggressive development & dissemination of best practices and the cultivation of highly effective work unit management professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare business setting or clinic.
- Exceptionally strong relationship management, financial management, communication and negotiation skills required.
- Demonstrated talent and passion for innovation is required as is conceptual and behavioral commitment to lean thinking and lean practice.
