The Manager Clinical Nutrition is responsible for management and operations of inpatient and outpatient nutrition services within TMC Healthcare system. Assists in the development of the budget and analyzing sales and revenue projections. Manages, trains and evaluates staff, providing recommendations for improvements. Also responsible for the education of the Food Services department to include CBTs and continuing education as required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in either Nutrition or Dietetics.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years clinical nutrition experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: Registered Dietitian Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. ServSafe certification or ability pass ServSafe examination within one (1) year of hire.
