Recruiter, Moses Lake, WA
This position is responsible for managing the recruitment and retention processes to ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met. This includes developing strategies to identify, attract and hire the most qualified candidates, cultivating partnerships with schools, growing creative and traditional sources of diverse candidates and analyzing our recruitment and selection process. In addition, this position is responsible for managing employee retention tasks and career development opportunities.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) or more years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Willing to travel. Knowledge of Washington State employment law. Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic Life Support Heartsaver (HS) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
