Full-Time Position under the supervision of the Adult Director. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and on-going operation of a range of outpatient treatment, rehabilitative and support services for the assigned target population in Anchorage. The Clinical Manager serves as a member of the Executive Management team and shares joint responsibility for the successful function of the overall organization. While the Clinical Manager serves specific assigned areas for primary accountability the focus is total organization function. The Clinical Manager’s function is to promote and actively contribute to organizational success.

Education, Experience Certifications

The position requires a Master’s degree in Mental Health or related field. Preference will be given to individuals with professional license or similar clinical license. Experience must include at least four years in a clinical setting serving persons in a relevant target population and at least 3 years in relevant supervisory/program management position. Individuals with accreditation, managed care and substance abuse experience are encouraged to apply. Computer skills are required.
