Consultant - Cornerstone ATS Implementation, Westwood, CA
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will assist with the implementation Cornerstone Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Onboarding modules through the entire project lifecycle. From project planning and through configuration, testing and deployment. The consultant will be actively involved in all stages of the project in order to implement and integrate across the organization. Help configure the Cornerstone ATS/Onboarding modules to meet university requirements. Analyze and resolve problems as they occur. Perform research into problems, identifying opportunities to correct the situation and seek feedback for solutions and industry best practices. Monitor progress of tasks against project plan and reports status regarding project issues. Work with other teams to ensure fully integrated modules across all platforms.
This is a 2 year contract position that may covert to career.
Two plus years of implementation experience with Talent Management Systems
Ability to research and analyze to interpret data or functional concepts
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Responds with a sense of urgency to immediate needs
Completes assigned tasks within prescribed times based on the deliverables, asks for help when needed
Experience administrating, configuring, and troubleshooting learning management systems
Experience that demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and application of administrative support skills, methods, and procedures
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to deal diplomatically with professional/business contacts, and work effectively with all levels
Effective written and oral communication skills
Understands quality standards for own work and checks own work
Effective planning, time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
Prior project management experience preferred
Ability to explain instructions, policies, and procedures and to present findings and conclusions clearly and concisely
Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) platform experience preferred but not required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project, Access
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent years of industry experience.
