Pharmacist:

Job Summary:

Part and full time positions available. $72 - $80 / hour DOQ
Full time $150k - $166k DOQ

Pharmacists at Yakima Neighborhood Health Services are part of an integrated health team providing care to patients in the Yakima Valley. Our pharmacists work closely with medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health personnel to provide therapeutic care. In addition to traditional med management, our pharmacists’ work directly as part of the health care team to improve patient health. Responsibilities include: Patient education and counseling, Collaborative Drug Therapy Management, ordering and monitoring lab tests, prescription quality assurance, and assisting in efficient and creative service delivery.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a BS degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy, Washington State license, and interest in serving underserved populations. Candidate must also have the ability to speak clearly and concisely. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction. Convenient if bilingual English/Spanish, and/or ability to sign.
