The HR Manager at PEH is responsible for administration of benefits and payroll, overseeing compliance with PHS policies and regulatory agencies. This person is responsible for the functions of the Human Resources department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related is preferred.
  • 2+ years HR Manager experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources. PHR or SPHR preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate multi-disciplinary knowledge of human resource management and HR technical expertise.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
    • Project management and facilitation skills
    • Planning and organizing skills including resource coordination
    • Strong team orientation>
    • Strategic business acumen/ business orientation
    • Influencing skills/executive presence; relationship building skills/strong partner focus
    • Organization diagnosis, design and change management skills (includes diagnostic information gathering)
    • Strategic problem solving and flexible innovative problem resolution
    • Strong oral and written communication skills technology/computer proficiency, e.g., Microsoft Office, HRIS, & ATS.
    • Ability to work flexible hours
